“Why bother with links?” you might think. Nobody ever looks at them. And, anyway, links to other sites are merely an invitation to site visitors to leave yours, never to return.

If you link to another site, make certain that you receive a reciprocal link back, and also make certain that the site to which you link is relevant to your business and of good quality. Links from site-bundlers are easily spotted, and may well incur a penalty which lowers your site’s rankings.
